Positive: We liked that it was close to our event in Woodland Park. The kitchen area was nice as well as the back patio area. It felt very welcoming and like it was a home.
Negative: The property management seemed to text me much more than necessary. We were also surpised by the additional $80 fee to cover any possible damage. We weren't expecting that and thought everything was covered in our initial payment. We were disappointed that only one of the three bathrooms had an actual shower, with the others only having bathtubs.
Summary: We would stay here again. It comfortably accomodated our large group.
