Summary: Very close to beach, pool and rooftop deck were lovely. Location and security were great. Cons - there was a sofa bed but we were unable to use it as the owner would not provide sheets since it was not a “listed” bed! The mattress was quite gross anyways and should be replaced. The unit could use additional fans in the bedrooms as it gets very stuffy! Lastly, the kitchen is not really well equipped….there were only 9 forks for a house that sleeps 14. No baking sheets, broken coffee pot. Minimal serving bowls or dishes. Rectify these issues and this house would be a solid 5!
