Positive: The apartment has free parking There is a lot of equipment - even dolce gusto, pans, pots, toaster etc. It was clean and even in hot days there was a comfortable temperature plus there was air conditioning available The bathroom was nice and big The apartment has it's own foreyard and is secured via cameras and gates with codes Mosquito nets are installed on all windows
Negative: First of all, the property does not have a reception or similar and we had some complications on the road caused by traffic jams. Therefore we arrived totally exhausted at 20:30 and had to pay extra 30€ to the lady who gave us the keys (the owner said, that she works only till 16:00 and we need to pay it) The closest usable beach is the Primavera or Belarosa, which is around 1.3km away (I don't know where booking found out, it's only 850m ...). The other beaches more north are quite dirty. The public ones are more far away. And ... booking.com >>> really? Asking me this? "One of the closest beaches was Bagno Tamerici Dog Beach – did you visit it?" A dog beach?? Really?? During night, there are animation programmes and loud music until 23:30 and it's disturbing in the apartment, since it's just next to the stage. The main bed is squeaky and not very comfortable And finally - because booking.com has a special "feature" that sometimes it doesn't find exact periods, it offers shorter ones instead of showing nothing available at that time. This caused a complete disaster at the end of the vacation where we found out, that we are moving out on 16.7 instead of 19.7 (date I originally wanted to stay until). Now this was handled first and we agreed and paid the owner additional money for the 3 days. Then suddenly at 19.00pm he called us and said we need to move out to the "Tizé" apartment and couldn't even stay one single night and need to leave within an hour because he has other guests. Imagine how frustrating it was to pack all the stuff with a pregnant woman and a small 2 year old child ...
Summary: It was overall a nice vacation, but we'll likely visit Rimini the next time.
