The Sandy Bottom is unit # 16 in the Mistral, a very popular low rise 3 story 24 unit complex on Hwy 30-A, in the Seacrest Community. You are only minutes away from upscale shopping, golf, and wonderful restaurants. Unit #16 is on the second floor, which is the first floor that can see over the dunes to see the beach itself from the unit; and being the end unit, it is also right next to the condo's dedicated beach access. The Sandy Bottom is also now serviced by the new Panama City Beach Airport.
A 16.9 mile paved bike path crosses through the front of the property for those who want to visit the neighboring communities via bike, take a stroll, or go for a run in the mornings to start your day.
