Black Swan Hostel Granada Policy and condition:
Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.
Modifications and cancellation: Standard reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, the entire reservation will be charged. All modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.
Non-refundable reservations will be charged the full price in case of cancelation or modification.
No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be cancelled if you do not inform us that you will not arrive
Check in: starts at 14:00, reception is open 24h a day
Check out: from 00:00 to 11:00
Methods of payment: Payment through online check-in. Non-refundable reservation will be charged the full price at any moment before the arrival. Standard reservation will be charged the full price 2 days prior to arrival if it has nnot been paid through online check-in
Age restriction: Only guests above 18 years old can stay in the hostel.
Groups (bookings of 6 or more people + bookings for an entire room) and reservations above 350€ :
For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or cancelled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be cancelled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible.
Groups must pay a 50€ deposit per room that will be returnred at the end of their stay.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to place you together in the same room, but keep in mind that this is a hostel and that it's not always possible!
