Summary: Excellent rural area but well connected by an hourly bus to Lake Titisee. Other services available if required Hotel is only a 20 minute mostly downhill walk to Lake Titisee but steep uphill back. Hence bus recommendation. We had a comfort room with a balcony big enough for 2 chairs supplied with cushions. Good size room. The mattress was a little hard for our taste. The car park always had spaces. The garden area good. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant but always opted to choose in the evening from the menu. Cosy restaurant with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Very friendly helpful staff
