Summary: A comfortable, clean hotel close enough to visit the city particularly if you have a car. There are also a few parking space outside the hotel, and if they are full there is also ample street parking. However when we checked in to the hotel, the staff there obviously did not know how to retrieve our money paid via hotels.com through the system and she was asking us to pay onsite again. After a round of explanation and negotiation, she agreed to let us into our room suggesting that we will look into the issue the next morning when we check out (while still insisting that we will pay if she cannot get the money). She kept mentioning that they don't receive a lot of booking through hotels.com so it is obvious that it is her not knowing how to use the hotels.com system. Luckily a while later she told us that she was able to speak to someone at hotels.com to have it resolved. She was trying to be helpful and it was obviously a case of incompetence on her end, but we thought that if you are going to take bookings via hotels.com, it is better that the hotel train their staff better on these procedures.
