Jungle Retreat with Stunning Ocean View #306 | Condo in Chacala

Summary:
This 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms condo on the third floor of our 5 story condo building will not disappoint with it's incredible ocean views and view down to the pool. The condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a king bed and a double sized sofa bed in the bedroom. Cooking is a breeze with a full kitchen and living/dining room. Adults only at this condo building, though children are permitted between the months of May to September. Long term stays are welcome!

The Space:
Come visit Vista Encantada just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico, an Eco Development with walking paths through the jungle, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, where you can disconnect and relax with nature. Away from the busy city, we are located off the beaten path but only 15 minutes to the highway. Lounge around our huge pool or hike the property or down to the beach. Sit on your patio and watch for whales during the season. We are 50 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit, located just 8 km from the highway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool, gym, putting green/mini golf , pickleball court, game room and other amenities! There is an elevator onsite and laundry facilities for shared use.

The Neighborhood:
Beach dining is close by at Chacala Beach if you care to have a nice catch of Dorado (Mahi Mahi) or Huachinango (Red Snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. For shopping, dining and open market as well as doctor or dentist, La Penita is a short drive (15 or 20 minutes).

Getting Around:
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying into the Puerto Vallarta airport.

Other Things to Note:
From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road and can be bumpy. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.

We will meet you at check in and someone is onsite at all times.
