Positive: Overall very nice apartment, good location (only if u have a car) and nicely fit a family of 4 (we were 5 and one child slept in the living room sofa but would not be a good idea for an adult)
Negative: Minor difficulty with the keys at first. u can't enter the parking before extracting the keys. if u come at night might be even more difficult to locate the entrance. Some minor issues in the apartment that the owner should take care: checking that all lights are fine (we had 2 burnt ones), the shower head in the main bedroom shower should be replaced, etc. Nothing that a good maintenance check up from time to time wouldn't solve.
