Welcome to the 1st floor of a small house (no elevator).
Two studios face each other in the same house: There are 2 bedrooms (3 beds), a living room-kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The entrance to the house is private.
The checkin is independent thanks to a connected lock. I send you the codes on the day of your arrival (the message comes from a short number starting with 38).

The entrance to the premises is autonomous thanks to a box and a connected lock. I will send you the codes the day before your arrival.

The kitchen of the large studio is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave grill),
the bathrooms are with walk-in shower, a hair dryer and a straightener are available.

The beds are made of new bedding.
One of the bedrooms, ideally for a family with 2 children (or not ;) ), is composed as follows:
1 bed of 140 x 190 "down" and 1 bed of 160 x 200 "up" which can be considered as a "large bunk bed". The 4 people will sleep in the same room.
The mezzanine bed is prohibited for children under 10 years old due to the dangerousness of access.

The roof windows of the rooms are equipped with an electric blind which opens and closes thanks to a switch, you will sleep in total darkness.

Sheets and towels are provided as well as some toiletries.
Fiber is installed and subscription to Netflix and Amazon video are included.

✬✬✬ I take little cleaning costs but could you help me by putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it before leaving please (tablets are provided).
Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them in the white bag provided in the bathroom.

✦For information, the checkin is from 4 p.m.
For logistical reasons, an earlier arrival is not possible.
Also I couldn't keep your luggage before 4pm because I have no place to keep it, I'm sorry :(
✦ Departure is at 11am.

✦ For security reasons and out of respect for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs). In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the studio exposes you to additional billing of €300 taken from the deposit. .
Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €300 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.

✦ if you receive guests for the night please let us know as this has an impact on the price of your stay and on local taxes,
✦ even if you have verified your identity on the booking platform, we will ask you for a valid identity document for each person staying in our house.
