Positive: Staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere Very christmassy and relaxing! Will 100% be recommending this hotel!!

Negative: the only issue we had was a fault in the bathroom we informed reception and within 5 minutes we were moved rooms and staff were so kind and accommodating.
