Positive: Nice location. The lobby was great. The staff were friendly.
Negative: When I made the reservation I booked a room with a pool side view and a king size bed (because there were 2 of us). When I checked in these details were repeated back to me and I was given the room key. The room was an ocean view (no complaint) but the bed was a double/queen size. We were so tired we both just collapsed into bed, but the bed really was too small for us and we didn’t sleep very well. I mentioned this at checkout but no accommodation was made for the error, which surprised me given these room rates. I would have expected something as a concession. This is my only complaint. The hotel was otherwise fine for our stay.
