Positive: For those looking to not be in the heart of the craziness that is "Downtown San Juan" this is a god spot. Walkable to a nearby clean beach. Safe quiet neighborhood, Rooms are a good size, basic amenities to cook small meals, plenty of towels and other items. Overall a good place.

Negative: The fridge was not getting cold. To get things cold had to put them in the freezer which was only as cold as a normal fridge.

Summary: Great location- away from the crowds - Close to the beach
