Summary: Property and room are cute. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient to be able to rent a vehicle from the property. Aside from the friendly service and great amenities, the property did not exceed in individual guest service and villa maintenance. I booked a king bed villa yet my villa was setup as 2 twin beds in preparation for the guests who arrive after me, as explained by management. I expected the property to prepare for my stay before the next guest after me. The bathtub for my villa did not hold water. This was a known issue but not repaired before my stay. This amenity was a part of the reason I booked but I wa unable to enjoy this in my room.
