Negative: We booked one night and paid for 3 persons, but apartament was prepared for 2 persons only (no linen for 3rd person sleeping on the sofa). We received excuse that the booking was done late. I understand, but there should be extra linen stored in the room, just in case, but was none. We came for one night very late at night, leaving in the morning, and after arrival, early in the morning, we were asked to well clean the room before departure ourselves: "The checkout procedure is as follows: - Empty the trash - Remove the bed sheets/pillowcases and gather them downstairs, along with the used towels. - Give the toilet and the house a good clean" We normally clean rooms before departure, but the order to good clean it thoroughly and take off linen was odd. It is not a youth hostel to have such rules, the appartment is not in the price of youth hostel. And such requiremens should be stated in advance. Beds are not prepared when you arrive, you have to prepare it yourself in the evening and then take off linen in the morning etc. It was not stated in advance. Moreover, one entrance to the apartament is through unfinished garrage or something, where it was dirty, with some cigarette butts left in a jar, spider's web, old liquids etc. The unfinished garage is open to the yard, so unsafe if you come with small kids. Toilet/Bathroom is only upstairs, in/behind the sleeping room, with very noisy stairs leading up, so any night toilet visits from downstairs wakes up the whole family sleeping downstairs and upstairs and you have to go through the sleeping room to enter the toilet.
