The cosy balcony, accessed from one of the bedrooms, is the perfect corner to sit and have a coffee or an orange juice and some toasts in the morning together with a privileged landscape. After the appetiser, you can have a walk by the river or spend a beach day after 5 minutes by car.The apartment, located on the 10th floor of a building wit elevator, has a spacious sitting-dining room with air-conditioning which will make you stay at home to rest or watch TV. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is independent and its offers all needed utensils to cook your best recipes to have lunch all together. The laundry room has an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms to placidly rest, and they feature a double bed, air-conditioning and a closet each. In addition, one of them offers an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the house. We can provide a cot and a high chair, a fan, a radiator an a kettle on request.Cullera, a village between the riverside of the Jucar river and the Mediterranean sea, with a great leisure and gastronomical offer, is only a few minutes away from the sea by car. In fact, the accumulation of sediments of the Jucar river has turned into an idyllic surroundings characterised by 15 km of fine sand and blue waters. The lovers of water sports find their place mostly in the beaches of Cap Blanc, San Antonio, el Racó or Marenyet. Valencia, the capital, is only 30 km away.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
