This 3-story property was designed to take advantage of the views with the open concept living room on top with a huge balcony. We even have an elevator for your comfort and ease. Welcome!
You will be amazed as you enter this unique, newly built townhome. No expense was spared! At nearly 2500 square feet, the property feels as large as a single-family home. Each floor can be accessed via the elevator for your comfort and convenience. No need to carry heavy luggage or groceries upstairs!
This property was uniquely designed to take advantage of the Cathedral and city lights views, with the main living space on the top floor. The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 4, and a dining table with seating for 7. The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace with one of the books from the antique bookshelf that was built by my grandfather. There is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.
This is one of our favorite spaces as it is so spacious and filled with natural light during the day. The city light views at night are stunning! We have created a comfortable, artistically eclectic space that features artwork that we have collected throughout our travels from all of the world. The space is perfect for entertaining guests or for simply enjoying yourself.
The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. You will likely be surprised at how quiet and serene the property is even though it is in an urban setting. Most guests comment on how peaceful it is. The master has a walk-in closets and en-suite. It is at the back with backyard view and access to the patio that has an outside dining table with seating for 4.
The second and third bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a fun space with twin bunk beds and a futon couch.
If you need maximum sleeping options, the couch in the living room pulls out and the small white leather couch back moves back and is great for children to sleep on.
The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.
If we don't have access for the dates you need, please let me know. We do have another unit in this same building that may work.
We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.
We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. This may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation.
We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building.
