Positive: Clean and large rooms, comfortable however air conditioning wasn’t working so room was uncomfortably hot

Negative: Being disturbed by hotel staff after midnight waking me up to request a t shirt from the wardrobe they sell ??? No reason was given for this at all and no apology when I enquired at the front desk why this happened ??
