Prepare to indulge in pure luxury at our brand new 6-bedroom estate, nestled on a 7200 sq. ft. lot in the heart of Miami’s “Design District”. Picture yourself awakening every morning on the upper balcony, admiring lush tropical planting or spending time in the fully fenced backyard boasting a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and a BBQ grill. The fun continues indoors, where you can challenge friends and family to shuffleboard and watch the latest shows on the UHD TV amid comfortable furniture.
Other Things to Note:
Outside Noise Curfew 10pm - 9am.
Miami has curfew rules for loud noises after 10pm.
Please do not be at the pool after 10pm as the neighbors will call the police and we as hosts get fined.
Note, if the police comes and knocks on the door, we will charge you through the booking platform between $250 and $750 the next day. We get notices and fines and get shut down, so please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. Thank you so much for understanding. If you are inside the property with all windows and doors locked, it is much harder to hear outside, so you should be totally fine.
Upon request, we would be able to set the heated pool at your desired temperature* between October '23 and March '24. Please provide us with advanced notice to set this up for you.
