Positive: The hotel was modern overall, and the staff were very polite and professional.

Negative: when we first arrived we had to wait in the lobby, which unfortunately looked quite dirty. While we were sitting there, the tables were not cleared and the trash remained on them, which created a poor first impression. In addition, it would be much better if the rooms had smart TV features such as Netflix or YouTube. The current system feels quite outdated, and simply watching regular TV channels is not very appealing. The metro station was relatively close to the hotel, which was convenient. However, reaching the hotel required walking uphill. After shopping, carrying bags up the hill was a bit challenging. The location would have been even better if it had been on flatter ground.
