The condo features an open-concept living space and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has a stunning feature wall with 70" 4K Samsung smart TV with 5.1 surround sound and electric fireplace. The master has a king bed with a remote-controlled adjustable base and a 50" 4K Samsung smart TV, the secondary bedroom also has its own King bed in addition to a twin loft, and the living room has a large, comfy sectional with Queen sleeper and an additional twin sleeper. It's ideal for a family, one or more couples, or even two smaller families to share.

Your toes will literally be steps from the sand with no roads to cross.
This unique Oceanfront location within Virginia Beach provides the serenity of the neighboring National Wildlife Refuge with the convenience of swimming, surfing, and a fishing pier, plus tennis courts, a playground and a sheltered picnic area at Little Island Park next door. At the same time, you're only a stone's throw from a variety of grocery, dining, and shopping options all over Virginia Beach.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living area that features a stunning shiplap fireplace feature wall, premium hardwood floors throughout, two comfortable over-sized sitting chairs, a large, comfy sectional with queen sleeper, a foosball table, and dining for 8. You'll also find Ocean views from some areas in the main living space.
