Positive: Well-equipped, comfortable & clean unit. Nice views of the Atlantic. Work was being done on the beach area at the time of our stay, so did not utilize it. A very minor recommendation to owner - they could provide another sofa side table and/or better coffee table (they have a wicker top bench as coffee table) - not very good to place glassware, etc. on) in the living area. Besides the minor wish, truly enjoyed our stay! Host was very helpful & accommodating when we needed it. Definitely would stay here again!
Negative: Only downside, if any, there was really only one restaurant within walking distance and that was about 1/2 mile away. Another, I believe, was a little over a mile away...for walkers that would be ok, but not everyone can do that.
