This spacious, detached semi-bungalow with a beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed southwest-facing garden is equipped for six people. The living room is located on the first floor and from here you have a truly magnificent view of the marina and Oosterschelde National Park. The spacious hall gives access to four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and is connected to a spacious bathroom with bath, shower , double sink and toilet. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. In addition, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds that gives access to the second shower with sink, a bedroom with a spacious single bed and a bedroom with bunk beds. During the summer months you can even take a shower in the garden! On the top floor there is a spacious, attractive living room with a view of the marina. The living room has a flat screen TV and a cozy fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: a combination microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a spacious dining table that invites to cozy dining! From the living room you have access to a pleasant terrace facing south-west and equipped with garden furniture. On the top floor there is also a guest toilet. In the storage room are a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer. This very pleasant holiday home is located at Roompot Beach Resort. You have many facilities at your fingertips, such as a beach, a marina, a subtropical swimming pool (for a fee), a supermarket and several catering establishments. In short, a wonderful holiday home and a perfect holiday destination!
