The apartment has a comfortable king size bed and a sofa cub bed, TV with cable connection, WiFi, dining place for four and 24 hrs hot water supply. It also has a full kitchenette comprising microwave oven, induction cooktop, fridge and other essential utensils are provided for you so that you can prepare your meal yourself and enjoy at your own leisurely time schedule. All you need to do is to buy the basis groceries from the market near by and you're ready to enjoy your vacation in Goa.

About the Space:
This apartment is close to sun kissed beaches. You'll love to stay here because of its serenity and calm environment, amidst the hustle bustle of night life in Goa! 5 beaches within 10 minutes driving distances. Palolem, Patnem, Agonda, Galgibaga and Rajbag beach. Great seafood is available on all the beaches. Walkable distance from the state bus stand and railway station. The apartment also has a beautiful balcony with a great view of jungle and sky. There is also a place called Chapoli Dam which gives you great pleasure of its scenery and its just 1.8 kms away from the house.

Quaint neighborhood, silent surroundings where you hear nothing but the birds chirping! A long walk (1.8 km) towards Chapoli Dam reservoir takes you to a lovely fishing spot where you can also enjoy picnic with your friends or family. Especially serene during the monsoons when mother nature is resplendent in all her greenery..you need to come here to enjoy the stay!

Things to note: Please stock up with the basis needs (including water) when you arrive the accomodation since this is a self cooking service appartment and guests are provided all amenities for cooking. However, restaurants and shacks are serving Continental/ Italian/Indian/ Goan food which are nearby to this location. Please drink water only from the aqua filter provided in the room since municipality water in Goa is very clean but not fit for direct drinking.

NOTE: Being a budget accommodation, housekeeping services are provided once a week if it's a long stay but if you need in between a week then it's on extra payment of Rs. 400/- per visit (you can opt for it only if you need). Kindly contact either me or the caretaker if help is required for cleaning the house. Please note that this price is not included in the payment made to Airbnb. This amount would be separately collected during check out. Pets are strictly not allowed in this apartment.
