Positive: For the price, the house was much bigger and cleaner than expected. Bed and couch were all cleaned. Barely any dust on the floor. We saw just one cockroach throughout our stay. The appliances worked great. The place was near Talipanan Beach - perfect for introverts. There are stores nearby, so there was no problem with having food to cook. Just a little bit of walk to the tricycle station. We wanted to extend our stay here, but it was already booked. Also, the owner and caretaker were very responsive to our queries and concerns. Overall, the place was great. It really enhanced our stay in Puerto Galera. Would love to come back to Puerto and stay here again.

Negative: Location-wise, it is far from tourist destinations. The flow of water in kitchen sink is not strong. Electric fans and aircons were full of dust.
