The space
This property provides a spacious up & downstairs area. Upstairs, you will find a large living area with loveseat and recliner seating and open to the efficiency-style kitchen, full appliances, and cooking arrangements. A 6-seat dining table next to the window overlooks the covered bridge and front property view. 2 bedrooms off-set the main living area with 1 queen bed in each room.
The 2 beds may accommodate 4 guests—2 per bed. However, if separate beds are required for guests, the home can only accommodate two guests (1 per bed).
Downstairs, you will find the bathroom, a TV room, couch, and laundry area.
Guest access
All access to the home is granted with exception of the attached garage area. Locks prevent access to this area. Please limit invited friends/family members to the home to no more than 4 people.
