The modern finca with a large partially covered terrace and private pool is located on a completely fenced property in the north of the island between the villages of Campanet and Sa Pobla.

The large modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster.
