Positive: The thing that I wasn't expecting to be so good - the breakfast! Included in the price, available for 3 hours each morning. Good food, maybe from the supermarket, but that still means good, in Poland! Plus the omelette couldn't be bought, I don't think so. The room was warm and spacious. I think they can easily add a second bed there if they need to, since the bed I had was only for one person. There was a desk, too, which I used as a table. The best thing I've ever had in a hotel room so far - a silent refrigerator! I have to get one of those for my room back home. It doesn't freeze things, but for a few drinks and foods, does it really need to freeze them? I could never hear it running. You could even set the power from inside, after opening the door. But, even on the maximum setting, it still made no noise. The room had a network cable socket on the wall, usually used for wired computer networks. It had a logo with a phone on it, so who knows. Wifi worked fine, too.
Negative: Not much to complain about. The city would throw sand around the snow, so that people slide less on the ice. The sand got into the undersides of your shoes and mixed with snow. When you arrived in your room, the snow would melt, leaving small puddles and small rocks that were painful to step on. The hotel has two hallways before you get to the elevator. That's where I tried to stomp my feet to get the snow off my shoes, but there was always enough left for my room. I don't know how the hotel could solve this, to be honest. And it's not their fault, either.
