Guests have access to the entire property including private beach access, pool, private boat dock to the inlet and picturesque sunsets! There is a private Inlet Pointe Residents beach access across the street with a proprietary access sidewalk in between Compass Rose and Waterford condos. There is also a private pool for the residents in between the 2nd and 3rd buildings within the gated community, with laundry facilities and restrooms in the pool house. There is a private dock behind the pool perfect for excellent fishing or enjoying a beverage for a most beautiful sunset. There is a down ramp from the dock to the marsh which is walkable at low tide - you may want proper marsh shoes for this - flip flops are not reliable on this shell and pluff mud terrain. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables for community use next to each of the buildings as well. Unit 40 is located on the third floor.
