My son, Antonio (around his tweinties) and I are willing to give you the best welcome. We are warm, creative, adventurous and very outgoing. We can talk with you in Spanish, English and French. We respect the privacy of the people that stay with us, having the department at the back with its own independent access through a beautiful terraza with view to the garden.
The house is located in the north of Mérida, 15 min from the historic and beautiful downtown, 30 min from Progreso beach,Dzibilchaltun natural must-visit cenote and arqueological center; also, near the main malls with all the services needed, from fashion stores, movie theaters, local markets, grocery stores, ice skating, etc. Also, you have access near access to the public bus transportation system, taxi services (local and private).
The department is fully equipped 3 person capacity with a King-size bed, a sofa that turns into a bed and direct access to a full bathroom with really clean and completely equipped shower. No-smoking indoor policy; you can smoke in our beautiful terraza, which you'll find quite relaxing and joyful with all the great collection of exotic plants we have. The kitchen, in the lower floor, has direct view to the terraza and is just for our visitors; fully equipped for cooking from quesadillas and sandwiches to your favorite homemade meal. Services included: kitchen, bathroom, room with a/c, internet, tv cable and a terraza (smoking area).

Mi hijo Antonio, de 27 años, y yo, estamos dispuestos a darte una cálida bienvenida; somos cordiales, creativos, aventureros y hospitalarios. Podemos comunicarnos en inglés, español y francés. Respetamos el espacio que conforma el departamento detrás de la casa y que tiene una entrada independiente por el pasillo lateral, con vista a la terraza y jardín.
La casa se encuentra al norte de la ciudad, a 15 min del centro histórico en transporte privado, 30 minutos de la playa de Progeso y línea de hermosas costas de la península así como el hermoso cenote de Dzibilchaltun y su centro arqueológico; también cerca de las principales plazas con tiendas, cines y pista de patinaje sobre hielo. El transporte público pasa en la esquina cada hora.
El departamento está equipado con cama King size y sofá cama, máximo 3 personas y no se puede fumar en la habitación, si requiere puede bajar al jardín. La cocina está equipada y es independiente para uso exclusivo de nuestros visitantes. Servicios incluidos: Cocina completa, Baño completo, Cuarto para hasta 3 personas con aire acondicionado, internet, cable TV.
En planta baja, cama queen size, con vista a la calle y vista al jardín
