Positive: Pross and her son Mark (when he's there and not at university) were very helpful, responsive and kind. The location just outside Masindi is great and quiet. I travelled there by bus from Fort Portal and the bus stopped just outside the lodge. I then had a driver who picked me up there for Murchison Falls NP and there was no need to stay in Masindi. The surroundings of the property is well maintained, green, spacious and clean. The rooms are comfortable. They also made me a delicious pasta for dinner and also a packed lunch (I asked for pasta again) for my tour to Murchison. Mark even lent me a sim card for the time of my stay because they didn't have wifi and so I didn't have to use data on my esim. I highly recommend this place!
