Summary: Room door lock faulty access was gained after 2 staff members attempted entry Door had to be manipulated in a certain manner to be opened with the excuse that the doors are new "even more reason that the standard is unacceptable" additionally, from the inside exit was near impossible unless pressure was applied to the door to release the lock "this is a safety risk in case of a fire" In relation to house keeping 1 sheet of paper from the standard Quest note pad is totally insufficient For a hotel that purports to be a quality stay it is a FAIL Finally on check out No "How was your stay" or "Thank you for choosing us" Just "Put your key on the desk" Have stayed at other QUEST hotels and they were great this was the exact opposite
