Summary: Only saw one member of staff, Tod, who seemed to do everything and was super. Very expensive room, The Harbour Suite, lacked privacy with people walking right past our windows all the time. Also seemingly very heavy, noisy guests in room above clumping about. No guest slippers, no cupboard or wardrobe and no safe in room which I’d expect for the hefty price. Breakfast haphazard and meagre. Restaurant food even worse. Left my steak. Champagne with no bubbles. On the plus side the bed was comfy and it was clean.
