Positive: Overall, it's livable here, with an ocean view and a one cafe nearby.
Negative: This was some of the worst service I've experienced in many years of traveling. There were absolutely no check-in instructions. My calls and messages went unanswered. I was lucky that I have friends in the city, and they agreed to come to the apartment to find out if my reservation was confirmed, what my room number was, and how to get the keys. The woman responsible for check-in speaks poor English, but she was very kind, but unfortunately, my messages and calls were not answered. During my nine-day stay, there was no cleaning service, and the towels were changed only once. I was charged about 90 euros more than they should have been, and I had to go to the office in the city myself to pay for my stay. The room on the second floor is significantly better than the one on the ground floor, but watch the bed linen, it can be terribly dirty. I don't understand how they can charge such a huge amount for this level of service; for that kind of money, you could rent a room in a brand new hotel nearby!!! Only local currency is accepted for payment, and if you pay by card, a 4-5% tax is added.
Summary: I was simply shocked by the indifferent attitude towards guests from the very beginning.
