Summary: Got to room Sunday night— had previous person’s trash still in room and message light on phone flashing. Tried retrieving messages- would just go to dial tone, tried calling front desk- would just go to dial tone. So went down to front desk with trash can. Attendant apologized and said phone would be fixed Monday. Monday night- phone still not fixed. Tuesday morning went back to front desk— was told the guy was already in building and it would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night still not fixed. Wednesday morning- front desk says not sure what happened- but will take care of it. Wednesday night- still not fixed. Tuesday and Wednesday had dog barking near by room- had choice either get dressed and go downstairs to report Or just ignore- choose to ignore since otherwise front desk had not been helpful. Checked out Thursday morning was told complaints would need to be filed through booking company for partial refund.
