Positive: It is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious loft with an extraordinary host. Enzo met us in person, explained everything (virtually everything!) thoroughly, he is very friendly, promptly communicates using a translator app in his mobile, helpful, available 24/7, living nearby. A locked parking lot behind a locked gate, a green terrasse with a stunning view to the green inner courtyard. There is some traffic noise from the street, but not too bad, the bedroom upstairs faces the courtyard, though - so very quiet. Beds are comfy, even the sofa bed! A huge variety of coffee making facilities. A 10 min (approx. 750 m) walk to the nearest metro station (Precotto), 10 stops to the Duomo, Teatro all Scala and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II - no need to change lines, costs 2.20 euros, takes approx. 30-35 mins form the apartment. I am pleased to warmly recommend this accommodation!
