Summary: This hotel is very basic, with a nice surprise later! Rooms are very sparsely equipped but clean with comfortable beds and modern but modest bathrooms. The decor is rustic with bare walls and the TV system is 20 years out of date. The hotel was very quiet. Front desk closes at 11pm. It's very mom and pop, and felt unremarkable...BUT there was one surprise in store for the morning: The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. There was sausage, ham, pancakes, cereal, toast and juice/coffee, but also EGGS MADE TO ORDER! It was a nice treat and a really good finishing touch to start your day before you checked out. This isn't really meant for longer stays or for business travel where you need lots of amenities, but as a stopover in a small town it was excellent.
