Positive: Apartment was well equipped and proximity to the sea. Secure parking.

Negative: The main attraction of this place was the big swimming pool. It was in renovation so totally out of order..the second one is small and not close by the reception and opens at 9am...Noisy workers using jackhammer from 8h30am onwards. Location of the apartment just above the reception is not ideal in my case. Very loud karaoke on Wednesday until 11pm. Overfilled parking quite often after 6pm. Location of the complex is not ideal, not quite in St Anne nor St François where the best nearby beaches are so you always need a car. Last remark: the gym does not open until 8am...while the island lifestyle is 6am 6pm...so impossible to organize an early workout. Almost no gym equipment as well, no weights at all for example and a very old treadmill not suitable for heavier people or fast pace (max speed 13km/h)
