The layout of Summer Haven 4 is uniquely designed, with sleeping arrangements on the bottom and third floors, and the main living area situated on the second floor. This setup is ideal for accommodating separate families or multiple generations of guests. The first floor features a beachfront custom-built bunk room. Step through sliding glass doors to the sun deck, where you can enjoy stunning Gulf views from outdoor furniture. The bunk room offers ample sleeping options with two sets of custom-built full/full bunks, twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa for two. The full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with glass doors and double vanities for added comfort.
Upstairs, the open living area features plush furnishings in soothing coastal shades of blue, perfectly complementing the brand-new flooring. Guests can relax on the love seat or the couch, which also doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, and both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and furnished with charming, tranquil décor.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. *No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only
