➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm.
➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel..

Brickell has become the best place to stay in Miami. It is only 20 minutes away from every major place of interest. From Brickell you can walk to shops, stores, restaurants and also jog along the bay!
It’s simply a central spot to get the most out of your visit to beautiful Miami!!!
Additional Rules
Guests must get approved by the condo association. They need to fill out an application together with a government issued id. Process takes 24 hours and costs $50 dollars (included in the fee).
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required incommonareas.
