Positive: Very friendly owner and staff, with whom I chatted a bit. Quiet surroundings, breakfast simple but delicious, cozy beds, and Highlander(the B&W cat, I did not acquaint with the other one). Decorated with taste, without being staged. The restaurant is an authentic Tuscany culinary experience, beautiful setting(the place itself). We'd happily stay again.
