The apartment accommodates a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area and a second bathroom. The two sofa beds can accomodates two extra guests. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a library, board games and laundry service upon request. The apartment is located at the central of the city, just 50 meters from the main square and 150 meters from the port. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and will offer you moments of relaxation.

The apartment is about 150 m. from the port of Spetses, Dapia. Located in a narrow alley behind the main clock square. Super Market is about 100 m. away, bakery is about 30 m. away, pharmacy is about 40 m. away. In a radius of 50-100 meters you can find all the shops of Spetses as and bicycle and motorcycle rental shops. However the apartment is in the center of Spetses, it has a lot of quiet because is located at a point through which no wheeled vehicles can pass.

When reaching the house, you should enter the garden from the backyard (blue steel door), walk down to the front yard and you ‘ll find the keys under a candlestick on the marble table.

During your stay

For hot water please push up the left switch at the second and the third row of the electricity board that is in a down position, outside the WC. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please find the Wi-Fi details in the folder on the dining table.
There is a second pair of keys in the glass vase on the small table.
Available at the apartment: sheets, towels, toiletries and basic supplies for your breakfast (including bottles of water, coffee and tea).
