THE DUNE HOUSE | Apartment in Queenscliff

This architecturally designed home is one of a kind and carefully nestled amongst the bush with the beach at your back door. You will instantly be at ease when you arrive at this home which is so at one with the environment. There is a warm rustic feeling throughout with plenty of modern design elements to enjoy and surprise. There is room to move here, and the sleeping configuration will cater for up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen and the 4th bedroom has 3 sets of built in bunks which are suitable for children. The large open plan living area links to a lovely resort style indoor/outdoor space.

No need for queuing up for morning showers as there are 3 bathrooms (incl 1 ensuite) and outdoor shower. The house was built to passive solar principles and with the clever use of cross breezes, does not require air-conditioning. Heating is central gas ducted heating plus there is also an open fireplace in the lounge area. The BBQ area is nestled in a courtyard style entertaining deck and the only thing that separates you from the beach is a gorgeous "lovers walk" track right at the back gate. This is a pet friendly home and most ideal for dogs that love the beach! (Please refer to T&C's below). Please take note that whilst the fencing is secure it is not suitable for small dogs as it is just post and wire. This property is set back from Bellarine Hwy and very secluded so we advise that care will need to be taken in finding the property. Kids can enjoy the Netflix, Foxtel and Wii Board game available.

- Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking)
- Bedding: 2 x King beds with king doonas, 1 x Queen bed with a king doona and 6 single beds, (3 bunks) with single doonas.

CAN YOU BRING PETS:
YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The fencing is just posts and wire so may not be suitable for small dogs. Please contact our office for further information on the fencing.

A Bond of $1000 applies for the property only (See Terms & Conditions on our website). The security bond will need to be paid prior to arrival to QCHB and will be refunded within 3 business days upon a satisfactory inspection after checking out to the bank account provided to QCHB.
