Summary: 1-night stay for work, car park was free. Had to wait for a staff member to greet me. Was in room 9, 3rd landing (no lift - for information). Room was well presented and in good order. There was a desk to work at if required. TV was good and WiFi was okay - had to log back on a couple of times. Ensuite was cosy with no heating apart from a towel rail. Postcode for venue is RG7 1PT not RG7 1PY as on Hotels.com website. I only got this information in an email from the venue AFTER I had arrived.
