Positive: The view was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The location and security was very good.
Negative: The floors and the drawers in bedroom were dirty on arrival. The small lavatory sink faucet was bad and the shower head was awful. Did like the plastic shower curtain. We had no heat because of a non working thermostat for the first night. Found out from previous renters that they couldn't control thermostat when they were there in the previous March and the floors were dirty then too. Lamp in living room was defective also. The lamp and thermostat were taken care of the next day . Construction was horrible with constant noise and dust.
Summary: The view and location was great and the condo was ok.
