Negative: They knew we had a reservation for 4 people, but the beds were not made and ready for 4. It’s not nice to come into a room that’s not prepared for your stay. Heat was not on in the middle of winter in preparation for our arrival. The room was frigid, which was not welcoming. DURING our stay we received a Emails about turning down the heat when we leave and ensuring the lights are off. Why are you bothering your guests with this during their stay? We received another Email about extra paperwork to fill out. For a 2 day stay we received 3 emails. That’s way too much bothering. The Email also stated to leave dirty towels on the floor. Which makes me think that they assume towels are clean if not placed on the floor. Which means that any guest could be using a dirty towel because you’re depending on the previous guest to do the right thing and place their towel on the floor. Instead, the cleaning crew should wash ALL towels and sheets. There was a Dirty espresso cup placed in the stack of clean cups, ready for use. Cobwebs in the apartment. Clear that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The Light outside doesn’t come on when you’re approaching the building, which means when it’s winter and dark most of the day, makes it difficult to enter and find the door handle. It’s very dark. There are signs in the building to turn off the lights in the stairwell, but you cannot turn off the bottom stairwell lights when you’re at the top. But you can’t see to get up the stairs if the lights aren’t on. Total nonsense.
