The building was built in the 60's. At the beginning of 2018 it is acquired to make these apartments. It has been a comprehensive reform of the building, retaining only exterior facades and structure, therefore, everything you are going to find is new. Given the size of the reform, it has been used to make a total thermal and acoustic insulation.
It can be accessed with the vehicle to the building and has an elevator. The architectural barriers have been eliminated to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility, and we have an apartment fully adapted for these people.
