Positive: We loved the view. It couldn't have been any better. When walking up the steps the view took our breath away. The living area was great for us to be together to play games and watch t.v. it was a very short walk to the very quiet beach.
Negative: The fireplace didn't work, the washing machine smelled like mold even after wiping down with baking soda. The heat took forever to warm up the house and we only had 1 person that could open the door.
