Positive: Really the best hotel we had in Austria ! Amazing facilities - warmed pools, fitness room, even a Tennis court - nothing needs to be paid extra - all included in the price. This place had thought about everything in advance to make us comfortable - even placed a dedicated carry bag with towels and staff to have it ready to take to the pools - amazing user-experience ! Absolutely loved this place.
