Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Benitachell (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.

INTERNAL: This villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the covered terrace and the pool. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A large bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower en suite as well as access to the terrace. A bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and access to the shared bathroom with a bathtub with access the last bedroom, with a double bed and ceiling fan. The UPPER FLOOR is closed and uninhabited during the rental.

EXTERNAL: Pleasant outdoor area with a 7x4 kidney-shaped pool and roman steps. Ample space for sunbathing in the hammocks and eating outside on the built-in barbecue. There is parking on the same plot for two vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a pleasant urbanization and close to everything, the center of Moraira is 3.9 km away, the sandy beach is 2.7 km away and the nearest supermarket is only 900 m away.
